Paper Submission

The submitted papers must be in file 6 pages long
Authors are strongly encouraged to use full name_subtheme number (ex: Nugroho_6) for their initial submissions. All papers must be submitted electronically in Ms.Word format only.
Only papers submitted through the electronic system and strictly adhering to the format will be considered for reviewing.

On Acceptance

Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper(s) were accepted, at least one author must attend the conference to present the paper(s).
In addition to being published in the conference proceedings, revised versions of selected accepted papers are planned to be published as a special issue in several international journals (under negotiation).
The author will be asked to register for the conference and pay the registration fee in advance. The fee is non-refundable.

Policy

By submitting the paper to ICMED 2018 conference, all authors agree to abide all ICMED 2018 conference paper submission, publication and presentation policies.
The authors shall confirm that the work is  original, has not appeared in literature in any form in the past and will not be submitted to any other venue concurrently with ICMED 2018 submission or until it appears in ICMED 2018 proceedings (in the case of acceptance).
No paper withdrawals can be accepted after conference pre-registration date or within three months of the actual event, whichever date comes first. Paper withdrawal request can be only accepted in writing through email, letter or fax to conference organizers.

Payments should be made payable to conference organizer via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Bank-In can be made to the bank account number no as follows: 

Kindly indicate on the TT form the payment is "Registration for ICMED 2018". Please scan the proof of payment and email us (icmed@uny.ac.id) a copy of it.
